The meeting focused on operationalizing existing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between higher education institutions in both countries and expanding joint scholarship programs. Both sides agreed on an action plan to streamline degree equivalency procedures, facilitate postgraduate admissions, and encourage collaborative scientific research in agriculture, medicine, and technology, reaffirming education as a vital pillar of bilateral relations.
